Dr. Juma Mukhwana led the KNQA team today in commencing the ISO certification process by analyzing existing gaps in operations. Present were Consultants from ROMA Access (Mr. Samuel Alalwa & Mr. Jaxton Mwaura). ISO 2015 :9001 aims to ensure documentation of the KNQA processes.
