The PS noted that the RPL policy will facilitate the Recognition & Certification of Knowledge,skills & competencies attained the informal & non-formal means.This will promote access, improved employability, mobility, inclusivity,lifelong Learning,self esteem & increased productivity.He challenged the officers to synergise & promote leadership that will ensure the various policies formulated are effectively implemented on the ground.The Workshop organised by the KNQA was attended by Director KITI Mrs Peris Matioli,Officers from NITA,TVETA,DTE, DVET, CDACC & KNQA.
