The TVET sector has been identified as one of the key drivers for the Agenda 4 in Kenya. But the Quality of Training in critical for this sector to achieve the desired results. Quality of TVET graduates depends on the trainers, training environment, and tools. It is important that training mimics real life industrial processes and as much as possible part of it takes place in industry.
