DG KNQA participation in a panel discussion of how to Reform and Transform the TVET Sector in Kenya. The conference is organised by HELB Participants included the CEO TVET CDACC Dr Lawrence Guantai, The DTE Tom Mulati and Tom Nyongesa from TVETA. Dr Juma Mukhwana the DG KNQA said that the idea that TVET Training needs to be made Competency Based is placed, as by nature all TVET Training must impart Skills of the future.
